Shipping & General Information

Shipping is at a flat rate of €3.50.

Items are shipped by standard post using An Post.  Delivery in Ireland is 3-5 working days from payment. Delivery to Northern Ireland and the UK is usually a little longer.  The rest of the world can take up to 10 working days. During busy and peak postage periods, delivery can take longer so please bear this in mind when ordering and allow as much time as possible. 

All items are gift wrapped.  If you would like to add a personalised message please let us know at the time of ordering.  

Our products are made from various materials.  Many are nickel free but if you have an allergy it is advisable not to purchase in case of irritation.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Items my be returned unworn and in perfect condition for refund or exchange within 7 days. Cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Please ensure goods are wrapped securely in their original packaging.  If an item arrives to the buyer damaged, a full refund will be made.  Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

No exchange on earrings for hygiene reasons.
